outside an old catholic church in TlaAmin Nation Village (reserve) at a funeral in light rain, no voices, the bells are pulled by ropes and the slow swing between the sounds is perfect - not an urgent ring. The bells are tolled as the procession walks silently from teh church at the beach up to the small graveyard by the highway. There is little to no other noise besides the bells. Very lucky to get this! Condolences to the family. ʔi:mot
