turntable and tape recorder noise variation 4 (05/20/2009)

From what I can remember, this sound was generated by letting the needle of a cheap turntable/radio/tape/cd player combo unit pick up surface noise from the rotating rubber mat, and running that through a shoebox tape recorder. The resulting sound is pretty gnarly.
