It sounds like two women talking about a potentially violent incident over the phone, however there's not enough evidence for me to say definitively. Thankfully, no private information was inadvertently disclosed on this tape.

I believe the conversation is actually recounting a humorous misunderstanding. It does sound kind of malevolent. But the final two words are critical. Kenny wasn't talking about the "boys" down at the FMO; he was talking about...
