I generated a sine wave using Audacity's built-in waveform generator set on 1kHz. Then I warped this sine wave using a random pitch modulator effect and added a static noise in background to make it sound like it's coming from a VHS cassette (the random pitch modulation is to simulate fluttering playback speed of the tape).

Feel free to use in whatever you like, just make sure to mention me in credits.
