Dead air on 7260.0kHz.wav

So today I tuned to 7260.0kHz and found some dead air with nothing playing on it. You could hear a little music from the other channels. but in this particular Frequency there was nothing playing. Sounds like static and then it would get quiet again. there were some popping that happened. Three minutes later something was playing. Must have been from the station. Then you could hear what sounded like some Chinese language.
