A simple sine wave beep running through soft saturation and modulation, then being exported deliberately at 8khz and 8bit to simulate the low quality of a phone call.
Use this as a standard beep sound coming through a phone speaker. the latter half is a little faster to enable a simulation of hanging up or the call being rejected.
