This sound is part of the pack Loops (2019)
Putting the notes of an electric keyboard on a very low frequency and some heavy kicks will give you this. It sounds pretty cool in my opinion as it was done using the Sakura-plugin on FL Studio, which is mostly used for more traditional (also Asian) sounds.
