This is my attempt at a recording the ambience of Pittencrief Park (aka The Glen) with my Audio Technica AT8022.
Being a mild day, the park was filled with people and birdsong, all sharing an early anticipation of spring.
My rig was set up on a small hump bridge, overlooking the larger Tower Bridge below. The sound of Tower Burn can be heard in the distance, along with the 11:30 chimes from the Abbey.
Lots of birdsong, and a flutter of wings. Mostly crows. But a small robin is soon heard chirping from a tree branch overhead.

Yeah, the chimes from the abbey can be heard from quite far. Adds to the beautiful ambience in the park every 15 minutes.
