I think next time I'll try and avoid the builders though.
The location was chosen because there were so many birds flying in and out of the Limekiln archways. The fluttering wings can sound incredible as the birds fly past. I think the noise from the builders scared most of them away that day.

This was another one that ended up with quite alot of erroneous noise, from the likes of builders and traffic. Just about impossible to get a pure recording without any of that around here. Especially when I show up with microphones.
I did reject it at the time, but then thought it had its moments when reviewed again later on.
It's a very quiet capture. The harbour is small. If you're not stressed out by tradesmen then I guess it can be serene. ;-)
