I learned that this sound was used by Minecraft from a youtuber named AntVenom. Apparently, Freesoud gave permission to Notch to use almost all sounds on Freesound.

THIS isnt from minecraft! Minecraft took THIS sound and used it in the game without crediting the person who provided it. (Kinda w/ almost all of them)
