earth-wind-fire-water competition

The Earth, and the ground that gives us life, and we become a part of it when life is over. This sample contains the sound for ground pouring on some surface, preferably on a coffin. It is what we probably would hear whilst we were being buried, and becoming the internal part of the Earth itself. It was designed and custom crafted for the earth+wind+fire+water - thefree-soundproject - Computer Music competition. A slightly modified modular software synthesizer was used to generate the sample(no preset!). Absolutely no parts of any recording was used. It was all generated from simple waveforms and parallel oscillators.Has some post-processing on it, no ambient noise was generated/added to the sample itself so if you want to use it, you can alter the ambiance around with any noise. Crafted for your pleasure so, enjoy! Batuhan Bozkurt

Oguzzugo, I think English is the native here so I'll answer as such.

Much software is involved in this, but the source noise generator was a Spacedrone with modified pitch and modulation parts. Output of it is not even close to this on the other hand. No cutting and pasting on the sample itself though. Jost geneleral post processing(including a pithch shifter).

Thanks.
