This appears to be a 3-bladed propeller at some 1515 RPM.
Try making a 2-bladed propeller airplane in cruise at 2250 RPM (75 Hz) to be used for parachuting. Ensure that it's a 2-bladed propeller at 2250 RPM (75 Hz) and more than 3000 meters
