2nd attempt at creating the tremolo riser inspired by heavens feel anime movie.
I used audacity with the following effects:
1.) set track to reverse.
2.) Use tremolo with sine waveform, starting phase degree 0, wet level percent 40, and frequency (Hz) to 4.0
3.) Sliding Stretch. (intial tempo change to 0% and intial pitch sift (-20%) and then Final Tempo Change to 173% with final pitch shift to 10%.) (I used the same effect on the original track but in reverse.)
