hi soundlover 222,
a traditional didigeridoo has one note but can be played "trumpet style"with a overtone sometimes several.
If you want a drone in a several keys, I would recommend that you look at Charlie McMahon's didgeribone/didjeribone. It can play almost the entire chromatic scale and sounds damn good.
