cracking bones: the crack noise , stretching human body. soft popping noises, stretching bones in order to get rid of Fluid and built up pressure of the joints. Recorded with a Zoom H6 recorder and XY axis. The sound was post-processed using a high pass filter. Recorded in a bedroom sitting on a chair. I cracked all of my own bones."
