this artist consistently gets mixed copyright flags. from CC0 to youtube strikes, avoid his work if you wanna be safe. this is not CC0 and it seems most pieces from Andrewkn have copyright issues. freesound should remove unless he fixes the copyright flags

I always get a copyright claim on youtube, when I try to use it.
