Shoe sole rubbing against a soft bedside matt.
Rubbing the sole of my foot on the soft bedside matt while wearing slippers.
2x slow foot movement and then 3x fast foot movement.
The sound was very faint, especially for the slow movements, and I had to boost the volume quite a bit and use noise reduction in Audacity.
Recorded with Zoom H1.
