Female voice with indian accent.
Not sure exactly why this voice is distorted the way it is. Maybe the online radio receiver was not well tuned to the transmission frequency and I was listening to the carrier frequency mixed in with the signal.
But it does not sound just like the typical carrier wave sound.
I have actually filtered the 2 most prominent frequencies out in Audacity (these were 2340Hz and 1150Hz). But there is also considerable distortion of the voice itself, and a horrible squeak mixed in with the voice.
