Police sirens I used for "Last Badge Shining_preview", one of my story-ideas turned audio.
The base file IS manually recorded by me, on a chromebook R13 (yes, I am poor, yes, I am ex-homeless), and I ran it thru several legally free APPS to filter, balance, add flat equalizer, and increase loudness.
I expect all of you to be able of file-conversion. Otherwise I could (technically) offer it, as: .wav, .mp3, .ogg, or .flac - My contractual connection throttle just means I may do it start of next month (at highspeed upload, not throttled).
