Field Recording Battersea, London...20.02.2020 @ 8.45 a.m
I awoke at 8.45 this morning to this VERY LOUD SOUND...
It went on with various short breaks until 12.45...
Head wrecking, pounding, incessant, vibrating and
echoing, rhythmically insistent... All the construction
crew had ear protectors, we had none...Only way I could
survive it was imagine that it was Moe Tucker playing drums...
It has stopped now, stunned silence...I fear they may resume
after lunch...No idea what you would call the infernal device
making that sound, kinda banging drilling thing...Anyway
kind of catchy in small doses...
