Treadmill: Running, female runner, electric buttons, treadmill buttons, walking, turning on/ machine. A long-duration bassy treadmill run. Recorded with a Zoom H6. The sound was cut at the beginning and end to eliminate unnecessary noise, background noise was removed. I cut the high frequencies to focus the sound more on the treadmill than the footsteps. Recorded in Krugersdorp in a soundproof room.
