This topic is open because it asked to be opened. The thought of this came about three months ago, but for some reason it only came up now. It doesn't matter. I would like this topic to be a kind of honor board for the authors and their sounds, which were included in the soundtracks of feature films. I don't like long, drawn-out introductions, and since I'm opening this section, I'll get right to the point and add three sounds.:
https://freesound.org/people/thanvannispen/sounds/9432 / I found out about this sound quite recently and by accident. This is the scream that was used in the movie "Children Of Men" (2006). As far as I know, it is the first sound from the site that has been in a big movie. I found out about him in a Wikipedia article that talks about our Freesound website.
https://freesound.org/people/mrrap4food/sounds/618971 / I discovered this sound in the movie “The Order” (2024). As for the movie itself, I didn't like it. And the way this sound was used, too (it was used several times, which certainly does not do credit to the sound department). I recognized it because I used it in my sound design here: https://freesound.org/people/newlocknew/sounds/692480/
https://freesound.org/people/soundadvices/sounds/187290 / The first scream from this audio file was used in the movie “Loving Adults” (Denmark, 2022) 0:37:33 . Overall, it's a very good European film. The creators did not consider it necessary to indicate the authorship in the credits, if I did not miss anything. I also recognized this sound, as I used it myself once here. https://freesound.org/people/newlocknew/sounds/723159 / (but it's almost impossible to hear him, as he's lost in the street background.)
If you also know about the Freesound sounds that have been featured in feature films, please share these facts on this topic. Maybe there are some stories or interesting additions related to this that might be interesting and interesting. It will be very interesting to learn about it. Good luck to all!
