The person throws boiling water which somehow interacts with the freezing air making a cool sound.

I'm not sure what to search really, "+hot +freezing" surprisingly doesn't show many results lol

I cannot record this myself. So if anyone lives somewhere with extreme cold temperature, please consider throwing some boiling water with a microphone around
