I Need a human whistle of a cat call...like when a pretty girl walks by, and the "typical" construction man whistles...does anyone know what im talking about?

Going to repurpose this thread.

You know when a cat calls its kittens, or tries to lure a bird and does the squeaky "Eh eh eh eh" sound?
How should I search for such a sound or what's a better description than "cat calling"?
Me trying to call cats doing that same "cry" has been quite effective (more than a pst pst or saying meow), though I used to do it better a few years back and forgot how to re-create it at a level I'm happy with, but I'm practicing here and there and will record myself trying to do it
