I'm looking for a sample of drum kick like Pantera's Vinnie Paul sound or similar to use on triggered drums or drum machine.

I'm not sure Pantera kicks sound like but you could look through the ones in

Tic Tac Shut ups drums with some kicks:

Try searching kick on FreeSound. You'll have to go through a lot of synthetic ones but there probably are a few others that might be what your looking for.
