Ummm...

1. get itunes
2. open your stuff up in itunes
3. make a playlist of your stuff
4. click "burn"

Or, you could use the Windows Writable CD folder, if you are running XP the computer will prompt you for what to do with the blank CD when you first put it in. Also, NERO is what most of my friends use, though I find it highly overrated. There is probably some sort of software on your computer for burning it (other than the default Windows way of doing it, it does work, just not as fancy looking) like Sonic (mine came with it) or you can search CNET.com for downloads on free burners if none of these work to your liking.
