I'm looking for a VST plugin that alows me to adjust tempo. I've found a few for PC but I can't seem to locate any that are OS X based. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

Thanks

I don't know if I understood the question, but take a look here:

http://www.kvraudio.com/get.php?mode=results&st=adv&soft=e&type%5B%5D=12&f=vst&fe=0&osx=1&free=1&sf=0&receptor=&sort=1&rpp=15

they're all free delay plugins for OSX in VST format. Some of them can get sync'ed to the host's tempo, others cannot.
is that what youre looking for?

What I really wanna do is adjust the speed of a sound like a slow mo effect. Sorry my question wasn't that clear. Thanks for that link.

ah! ok. Sorry I misunderstood it because you mentioned "delay" in the title.

you can try this:

Bram made it!!!! grin

Maybe not exactly what you look for. It's much more than a "slow downer", but it has some kind of slow down effect. certainly worth a look.

and there is also turntablist
http://www.bioroid.com/plugins.html

but I never used it. Not sure if it can do what you want...

there must be something closer, anyway....

i'll let you know if I find it

Maybe what you want to do is time-stretching?

Hey thanks bebops I'll check those out.

I have a time stretcher thats not what I'm looking for. I don't think........... the one I use corrects the track so it adjusts the length with out distorting the sound. I need to distort the sound and have it play slower. Thanks for the reply
