I have just completed and submitted my entry to the RPM Challenge 2026 - a challenge to create 1 album (min 10 tracks) during the month of February.
This year, I have teamed up with a friend (and Freesounder) and we entered as a band - BRUTALIEN.

Here is also the link from the RPM website:

When I came here to post I realized that, for the first time, I did not use any Freesound samples in my RPM submission. - I was too busy this year playing with and sampling a Casio SA-11 keyboard that I saved from the rain. - I ended up using those sounds in most tracks.
I still wanted to post, but would have been inappropriate to post in the "Your your made with freesound(s)" forum. So I post here instead and take this opportunity to tell you a bit more about the RPM.
They run an annual misic-making challenge annually during the month of February (any genre, style and ability welcome). - This one is, obviously, finished.
But they will also host listening parties online to play a track from each submitted album. Additionally, you can browse their website and listen to the entries. There is always some amazing music each year.
Additionally, they run a "record every month" (REM) challenge on all months except February. This is a smaller challenge, just challenging you each month to create one track and submit. - and is a great way to warm yourself up to the RPM challenge, if you have never participated before.
