Freesound Speed Control lets you control the speed of sounds on Freesound and play them backwards too. All without having to download them first.

Tested with Chrome and Tampermonkey on Windows but should work on all OS' and probably works in Firefox with Violentmonkey/Greasemonkey and Edge with whatever Edge has. Maybe even on Mobile.
