Hi DJs and Producers,

Check it out, this is great…a guide to producing and remixing dance tracks. This book, The Trance Experience, is all about how to do mixes and it comes with DVDs with files for your DAW---Pro Tools, Sonar, Cubase, Logic, Nuendo, Digital Performer, even GarageBand! You get all the files plus samples you can use to do your own tracks. There’s also free demos of some amazing plug-ins.

Torsten Fassbender is a German DJ/Producer from Wellenrausch and he gets into Vocal Trance, Chillout Club tracks. Club mix…and he gives the history of Trance. There’s all these tips and tricks like how to do loop manipulation, breakdowns, make kick drums from sine waves…tons of stuff. Signal processing theory, sound design, mastering…it’s a pretty serious education! I fired up the Chillout Remix take on my Pro Tools and played with it for hours….
