The sounds downloaded from here start with the sound # and username, which can be very bad for browsing through your sounds.
You can use Bulk Rename Utility to move these prefixes to the end of the file.
It is freeware: http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/
Here is an example of sounds I mass-downloaded from 11linda, then renamed in bulk using Bulk Rename Utility:

Much easier to browse to the sounds that I want within my file manager now.
