Are you referring to a Flash Micro SD Card?

If so, you will either need a device that takes SD memory (e.g. a camera) to use as a host for the card, which you can then connect via USB or Firewire cable and use as an external drive.

Alternatively you can get an adapter box that has flash card slots which is converted to a USB input.

In future, it may be good to give a bit more information when asking for advice so we don't have to guess, because I may have got it completely wrong, as we'll soon find out.
