Hi, I am from Russia. My English is not good, but I hope you will understand me.
I whant to know - how can I get some noise sound using special programs. For example, Propellerheads Reason have a sound that I like - from path "ReDrum bla-bla/Glitch/FX16-blabla.wav". How can I get the same sound using special programs? What programs I need for this and what options from this programs I need to use?
Thanks.

I don't understand what you're asking. Do you want to know how the samples that come with programs like Reason were made?

I would guess with a combination of recording actual instruments and digital processing, though some may be synthesized depending on what samples you're talking about. Other freesounders may be able to tell you more...

But say, if you wanted to make a "sound font", you could record every note on a real instrument. Small tweaks- pitch bends and whatever- can be made digitally.

Ok, about "sound font" i understand. I don't whant to make some instruments sound with pitch or someone else. At this moment I want to make noise sound (hiss, groaning, etc.). For example, I heard same sound from Reason (I not remember full path, it's something like "ReDrum xxxx/Glitch/FX16-xxx.wav", maybe it's wrong, I'm not sure - I can tell you correct path tomorrow happy). And I whant to make same noise sound, but i don't know _how_ can I make it (which programs I need to use and what options from this programs). smile

Well, you could look into granular synthesis. I don't know much about that but I've been playing around with a program called gleetchlab for mac os.

I've heard that dblue glitch is an excellent granular synthesis VST for windows. Also darkware VSTs.

So pick one, get yourself a free VST host (forums search, i'll help you if you can't find it), and start playing around. And maybe someone else can give you better advice, I know there are a lot of people who make glitch and stuff here!

I pulled some links for you, check these out:

Free VST Hosts:
http://www.hermannseib.com/english/vsthost.htm
http://www.tobybear.de/p_minihost.html

Semi-free:
http://www.plogue.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=21&Itemid=35

Many more hosts.

BTW if you can't figure granular synthesis out once you get set up... well neither can I, you'll have to ask someone else. grin
