Hello,

I hope the mods don't mind me posting this. I'm looking for websites that have a community of users that advertise their musical services for collaborative projects.

So I would go on there and advertise that I am a guitarist. And then perhaps someone that is looking for a guitar part in their musical score / song would contact me and see if I'd like to put a guitar part in their music.

I'm not looking for any fees. Just want to be of use. This will differ from Freesound as I'd know where my guitar parts went and they'd feel specifically "commissioned".

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Hi
You could probably use a fiverr account and do cheap commissions.
Even if you're not in it for the money, in my experience the filter of asking for even the smallest amount will filter out the serious people from the ones who haven't yet understood the value of other people's time and kindness.
Take a fee, not because you're asking for money but because you're asking for commitment and recognition for your time.

Otherwise, id look for a music community you like and join in and offer to collab.
Could be a youtuber you like, or the discord of a label / artist, or a forum for a groovebox / community you dig.
You'll' probably find some artists there that do stuff you like and will be thrilled to have a guitarist.

Cheers!
