I was thinking it would be valuable to freesound and other members if people wrote what they used the sound for.

Add either reddit up/downvotes or steam useful yes/no

So rating for comments?

The title sounds like a comment reminder after downloading. There is a similar thing asking for donations. I think it shows up once after downloading ~9 sounds per 24h. Its content is defined in modal_after_download_donation_request.html
