Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out why I'm hearing incredibly high frequency sporadic chirping sounds on many, many sound files on this site. I began hearing it a long time ago and now I hear it all over the place and it drives me insane. Could this be down to a specific and popular recorder? Perhaps with cheaply made electronics? Is it some kind of internal feedback? Try listening for it. You'll find it. Thoughts?

The chirping is a digital artifact, it's not in the recordings when you download them.
