Does anybody know a good similar site for video footage??

I started one, but it got off to a bad start so I scrapped it with the intent of rebuiding it, but that ended up semi-permanently on hold. I may get it rolling again this Spring, though, if time permits.

Probably will not include hosting, though, due to the high cost of doing so. Might offer a mix of linking to outside sites (like my older Open Music Registry site) and an at-cost (or near-cost) Amazon S3-based storage option.

You can't really search for Creative Commons licenses on YouTube videos though. And I don't think it has many stock material either.
Personally I would go for archive.org's video collection.
