Who gets in more trouble?

In one part, Nidorina calls the police to report Marina as an intruder, which is not true. We all know fake calls to the police is illegal. But Nidorina says that she's playing Call Of Duty in front of children, which IS true!
So who gets in more trouble?
Nidorina for fake calling the police or Marina for playing COD in front of children (she is a mum herself) Or both in an equal amount of trouble?
