Does anyone know how to get flash to play .wav files?

Example... this is a flash player playing a .wav

I've posted questions on other forums, but haven't found the answer?

Do you guys 1st convert them to MP3? That seems like it would suck having to do it?

all the preview players are playing lofi mp3 version of the files.

all files go through a conversion stage which creates the waveforms and decodes everything to WAV and then creates the mp3's...

I may look online for a batch conversion method of .wav to mp3.
