I don't know about laws, but I cold give you an advice
of course you *cogh* could...
but, since jingles "bring" with them the product (a newsbroadcast on radio, an announcement for petfood or even the jingle of a radio) they were made for, it would be as if you were using the trademark of an other firma for your own product.
I'm sorry for my english... to make it clearer:
You "could" use Nike's logo for your own website, but then you would bring to your website also the idea that Nike's logo awakes in people who sees it.
If it's your webradio consider investing some time to make your own jingles, like for anything else you would invest some time in drawing your own logo, it will be worth the time.

The main problem currently with using Freesounds for radio jingles is that you'd have to attribute the sound creators. There's a few options for that, easiest would be to put it on the website and you'll have to say a line in the broadcast like: "our jingles were made using freesound.org, please visit [ourwebsite.com/jingles] for the attribution list."
