The CYMATICS form to receive a license agreement outputs the following for example for the DESTINY - BETA PACK:

The Sounds and MIDIfiles remain the property of its manufacturer Cymatics, (Collectively,“Licensor”) and are licensed to you as the original end-user (“Licensee”), for use
subject to the provisions below. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved Non-Exclusively by Licensor.
Licensing/Copyright Notice:
This license is granted for a single user only. In exchange for securing samples within - You are now a License Holder who has non-exclusive rights with Cymatics use to the
samples/melodies within this product. As each sound and file within is 100% royalty free. By having non-exclusive rights with Cymatics, this is further defined by:
a. You may use any sample/melody for your own personal project or commercial projects.
i. Non-Exclusive rights include monetization of personal projects or commercial projects.
ii. Cymatics does not claim rights or claim any monetization percentages for personal projects or commercial projects.
b. You may use any sample/melody for your distribution and placements.
i. Non-Exclusive rights includes monetization of tracks, beats,songs, placements or uploads for distribution and placements.
ii. Cymatics does not claim rights or claim any monetization percentages for distributed tracks, beats,songs, placements or uploads.
iii. i.e All Platforms including Soundcloud, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Distributors, Beat Selling Platforms Etc
c. You have Non-Exclusive rights to the use or manipulate any sample within and do not need to credit for distribution.
i. Non-Exclusive rights includes complete control of every sound/melody found within said sample pack as each sound/melody are 100% royalty free.
ii. Cymatics does not claim royalties in any way as the samples/melodies are 100% royalty free.
By downloading, you are now a [Active License Holder] and you are in agreement with:
d. You do not have rights or permission to re-sell any sample or melody within as your own product or together as a sample pack.
i. No re-distribution of the sounds or files found within this product as another product or sold separately as your own sound.
ii. Cymatics takes legal action/takedowns against those not abiding by the Non-Exclusive rights with Cymatics.
e. You do not have permission to share, transfer or sell your license.
i. The license granted is for a single user only and non-transferable.
ii. The license is bound to the original Licensee only. (i.e you may not transfer or sell your license)
iii. Cymatics takes legal action/takedowns against those not abiding by the Non-Exclusive rights with Cymatics.

As usual, naturally, this prohibits direct redistribution.

As far as I am concerned, this also means that if it is possible to extract a sample/loop in its original form or close to its original form from your audio creation, it makes it unsuitable for the licenses available on Freesound, as a restriction would have to be placed on sampling your audio creation. However, adding restrictions to CC0/CC BY/ CC BY-NC is not permissible.

Please note I do not know whether the license agreement differs for other sample packs.
