Hello! I have a News Report Jingle that can be found here: https://freesound.org/people/ehohnke/sounds/376306/

There is a Spotify user who used that song in his episode here: https://open.spotify.com/track/4kFXkLRDwVZfS5XF2TLpCt?si=L8kPzWINR7KZqbCLwNraRw&nd=1&dlsi=ff3538abbbf44b0f

Whenever someone else tries to use my song and try to monetize, they get struck down because of the track on Spotify.

I have tried to report on Spotify, but they keep asking me the same things:
"...describe in detail how the content allegedly infringes your copyright and provide a link to an authorized example of your copyrighted work"

I keep sending them the Freesound link, and I keep saying that it is covered by CC0. What else should I be saying?

It's the people receiving the copyright strikes who need to send the Freesound link to Spotify, pointing out the date it was uploaded to Freesound (January 8th, 2017) and that has a CC0 license, when they dispute the automated-copyright-claim, e.g. via counter-notice ...
