Freesound doesn't host full songs/tracks because that is not the purpose of Freesound.
Freesound is for creating/building upon and simply using other peoples sound material for their creative purposes.
We are not Soundcloud or Youtube, we want people to be able to use the sounds off the site and make music with it or whatever else it may be; be it soundscapes, machinery, menu ui sounds, medical, electronic devices, animal sound fill ins, ect...

The best analogy I can think of is that Freesound is like a builders merchant. We stock bricks, cement and timber and all the stuff so you can build your own house but users cannot put the houses they built on our shelves.

You can however publicize your creations in your profile, or "Your work made with Freesound(s)" or "Off Topic" It's like a free noticeboard to pin links to your stuff.

ccMixter is a good place to share full tracks with Creative Commons Licenses. The only caveat is that you must also upload the stems if your track is an original work (not a remix of work from ccMixter).

Another suggestion is Tribe of Noise

You might have heard of The Free Music Archive, which was essentially Freesound but for music. Creative Commons music tracks.

Well ToN bought out FMA and massively enhanced the platform. You can sign up as an artist and release music for content producers. I think they still offer the option to upload with a CC license that goes into the FMA database. Not entirely sure.
