Looks like the audio generated by Incredibox is incompatible with Freesound ...

Thank you for looking up information on this.

The FAQ is weird (automatic language switching somehow) so here's a quote of the English version:

• I created a mix that I love, can I use it for my project?
It depends of your project type! Commercial or not? The mix you created/downloaded on Incredibox can only be use for private use, non-commercial and for educationnal projects. To go straight to the point, if you are going to make money with your project you CAN NOT use your mix (eg: by selling albums, by displaying ads on your YouTube Channel, by giving music courses, etc.). Incredibox is the property of the SO FAR SO GOOD company and all his content are covered by intellectual property rights (See #5 in the legal notices).

The legal text quoted in the original post is unclear on its own and sounds like generic website copyright protection but combined with the FAQ I agree: no Incredibox tracks can be hosted here, even noncommercial, since it's unclear whether uploads have to be noncommercial AND educational or noncommercial OR educational.

tl;dr: I agree.
