I've searched "use on websites" but cannot find an answer

Sorry if I'm being a "newbie" pain - I just need a clear, 100% guaranteed answer to the following:

I would like to use sounds as background audio.

1). Can I include Freesounds on Websites that I sell - ensuring that the sound(s) is credited to the owner?

2). DITTO on DVDs and CDs related to promoting products and services? (Which is a follow on from the Websites)
