these questions are merely out of curiousity, and not intended to be critical. i am just going to throw these out there randomly:

- what do the numbers next to the filenames in the 'most popular downloads' list represent? i see samples that are not on the list that have been downloaded much more than samples that are on the list.

- how hard / useful do you think it would be to add these functions:

- the ability to sort the list of samples (class="samplelist") by particular parameters. i.e. user could choose to sort alphabetically by filename, by downloads, by # of comments, or (in the samplelist returned from following a tag link) by user.

- the ability to add users to a 'favorite users' list of some sort. maybe it would be in the profile, or maybe show up through usersViewSingle.php . . . i know their are not so many users now, but if there are more it will be hard to keep track of your favorite uploaders.

quite hard, but it should be in there... I'll have a look at in a bit - but..... I'm very busy doing other things right now (i.e. not freesound)

again a great idea, but.... time is my enemy!

We should have a big "wanted/future features" list somewhere. Perhaps you could start a post and collect the ones (by editing the root-post) I say "yes" to.

mine too. i can identify with that completely. even the time i spend on freesound is stolen from my sleep hours . . . after work, after my son gets to bed, after my homework is done, and then i can finally get to work on personal things. so i know how hard it is to find time. take your time
