So when i audition a sound it played as intended. After downloading and dragging into NLE i get intermittent white noise or static sounds (same kind you would hear in a nag plugin) NOTE: I dl sounds here for years and never happening before.

Hi, please link to the file. Which NLE software are you using?

The most likely reasons are:
Uploader used incorrect file ending.
NLE does not support file format.
File got corrupted during downloading - redownload.

Vegas pro and i confirmed it is a vegas bug...(because it also happened in other audio) unfort no solution the issue comes and goes.

The solution most likely is to convert the files to WAV before importing. The following links will hopefully not rot for long and might do the trick:
