Any word or words in the sample search returns this error message:

"There was an error while searching, is your query correct?"

Hey.

There was a temporary issue few days ago. But it's working fine again now

In future, it'd be better if you send a message via the contact form. It'll be seen quicker that way. Plus we can see all the reports together in one place.
