Hello! I want to duplicate the sound of two rifles firing simultaneously. How do I do that?

Not sure what you're asking exactly.
Here's my guess.

A) You're playing back two sounds on freesound.org and having them overlaid is a thing you like and would like to "resample" them into one sound?
-Download them, and download audacity, overlay them in that software and export the sound.

B) You want to duplicate A sound, and offset it to itself to have a sort of echo effect.
-Download the sound and audacity, load the same sound twice, adjust timing to your preference. Export.

Hope this helps ^^
