Does the link look like the ...freesound.org domain?
Copy and paste the link into a word processor and see if it uses a weird character set.

If you block it and change the font to, say, arial and it reads different it's a 'look-alike' character set and it's a scam.

If the domain name is genuine then it's a bug at freesound.

Hi there,
You may receive this email if someone enters your username or email address in the forgotten password form on freesound (https://freesound.org/home/password_reset/)

If you don't click on the link, then nothing will change, however this may indicate that someone is trying to gain access to your account. You may want to ensure that you have a secure password set on freesound and other accounts that share the same email address.
